Clavio Global provides services without the need for binding contracts. Clients pay for services upfront, and we deliver the agreed-upon results. Some services, such as cloud services and app development, include 1 year of free support after delivery.

4. Payment Terms

• Website and App Development: We require a 50% advance payment before starting a project, and the remaining 50% upon delivery.
• Cloud and Managed IT Services: Payments for these services are required upfront on a monthly basis.

We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payments.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients are granted full rights to all materials, applications, or websites created by Clavio Global. We do not retain ownership of the completed work once the client has paid in full.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available for specific services as outlined below:

• Applicable Services: Refunds may be provided for cloud services, managed IT services, digital marketing, and SEO, subject to the specific circumstances.
• Non-Refundable Services: No refunds are provided for website or app development projects. Clavio Global works closely with clients throughout the development process to ensure that the project meets their preferences.

7. Use of Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure to deliver some of our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that these providers may have their own terms and conditions, which you may need to agree to.

8. Cancellation and Termination

• Cloud and Managed IT Services: These services are billed on a monthly upfront basis. Clients may cancel anytime without penalties. Once canceled, the service will be discontinued at the end of the billing period.
• SEO, Web Development, and App Development: No contracts are required for these services. You pay, and we deliver as per the agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clavio Global shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any matter related to our services will be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be settled in the courts of New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
